Work will be completed 7-10 days after we have received your
photograph.
Q: Can my photograph be enlarged from the original?

A: you can phone us for direct contact, however web and e-mail is still answered within 24 hours.
Q: I need a logo for my company, can it be incorporated into all my stationery?
A: Yes, we can develop a full corporate identity package including business cards, letterheads and all
stationery, ask for a quote.
Q: Can I email my images to you as well as post?
A: Yes, if you find it easier to send us your photographs digitally please scan your images at 300 dpi and save as JPEG. Then insert as file on your e-mail program.
Q: Can I order more photographs at a later date?
A: Yes, all photos are kept as digital files ready for additional prints, unless you request that the photos are not archived for future use.
Q: Can you scan old medium format negatives?A: Yes, no problem we can scan up to 4x5" transparencies.
Q: I do not have the original photograph I want restored - are you able to alter slides or negatives?A: Yes, at an extra cost we can provide this service - please contact us for an estimate.
Q: Can you do rush orders?A: Almost every order is different and depending on the amount of work required. We can do quick turnarounds, for a small fee. Please call us for an estimate for these rush orders.

Send your photo(s) to us here at Foxy Photo Design via email. If you have a client e-mail application like Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, then click on our e-mail addresses above to create a new e-mail and send us your photos for restoration. Please use the "File Insert" or "paper clip" option. If you access your mail using your web browser, then log into your account and send us an e-mail.

sandwich your photo(s) between two pieces of card or use a
board-backed envelope). Please include all the relevant information
that we will need including your name and address, details of the
work you would like done, any additional prints (sizes and prices
available on the pricelist page), plus a valid email address or phone
number so you can receive a quote back from us. Or just print
out one of the form links at the bottom of page.

Once we have
received your photo(s) and all your relevant information, including
your name and address, details of the work you would like done, any
additional prints (a size and price chart is available the price list
page), plus a valid email address/phone number so you can
receive a quote back from us. we will then process the order and
contact you with a quote. When you have agreed to the quote, we
will process your order.

Your order will be
completed within 7 -10 days. we will contact you either via email or
phone once this has been done and return your original photo(s) along
with copies and any additional prints via Royal Mail Recorded/Special
Delivery. Payment can then be made either by personal cheque, postal
order or PayPal (We will send you an invoice with a button link when
you the customer click on the button, you're taken to the PayPal
website to complete the transaction.)
You
do not need to have a PayPal account and can pay through PayPal using
debit card or credit card and no seller sees your bank account, debit
card or credit card details (they're safely encrypted through
PayPal's system) which limits the risk of unauthorised use.
Payment
is deposited directly into the seller's account, if there's a
problem, money can be instantly transfered back to your
account through PayPal's system.
